At first of all, I let them to know that I am deaf. They just keep speaking to me for some issues and make me feel embarrassed because I had no idea why they are kept speaking to me… hello? I am deaf which means I won’t able to hear what you say?! This is not deaf friendly. They just stubborn until finally they decided to call the manager and then same thing manager kept talking to me?? 😩 that’s so messed up
