I have shopped at this Dollar Tree a couple times a month since it opened as I live within a couple miles. The store itself is relatively clean and organized. However, as the years have passed, the employees have become more rude and less helpful. You can never get checked out without having one of them complaining about something or saying it's not my job! Simple yes/no questions cannot be answered without attitude. In my travels, I pass many other Dollar Tree stores and may frequent them in the future. Hopefully they will be more friendly and if not, will choose a different establishment.

Me and my friend were shopping with my mother and got yelled at for running because I was jogging after my mom before she turned to the next isle so I could stay with her. Rude and unprofessional worker yelling at kids for trying to stay with their parent. Said she would kick us out of the store if we ran (jogged) again.
Edit: Could have been the manager but still should be a bit more respectful to children.

Employees standing around complaining that corporate doesn't give them enough help and if customers don't have time to wait in a long slow line, the shouldn't shop there... Pathetic.

This is the nicest Dollar Tree in Broome County. The aisles are easy to navigate and loaded with quality items. I wanted to shop longer, but their customer bathroom wasn't working, and my fiber supplement kicked in earlier than usual.

I went to the Dollar Tree in Endwell, NY on Hooper Road this morning Saturday, 2/3/2024, a store I have been going to weekly for at least 10 years. Out of the blue, as soon as I stepped into the door, they treated me like a criminal. The manager yelled at me across the store to check my book bag. This was right before she said nothing to the women who came in before me with much larger purses.Corporate America: I will NOT be treated like a criminal when I come into your store and that is my first experience, I expect to be treated like a paying customer.Dollar Tree lost a loyal customer today. I will never shop there again.

Endwell Dollar tree is awful. They kicked us out because we were talking about where we are going to do next after Dollar store. NEVER GOING TO ENDWELL DOLLAR TREE AGAIN .

Places legitimately ran by mouth breathers the lady taking care of me proceeded to charge my card twice and then tell me it was my fault and that I need to contact my bank first of all if she's the manager she is far too young she looks like she could be my little sister get better employees she had short hair glasses and couldn't weigh more than 60 pounds eat a cheeseburger

This is probably the cleanest and best stocked dollar tree in the area, but the staff is regularly rude or ignores customers completely. If you can get in and out without encountering them or upsetting them for some reason, you may enjoy shopping there. If you have children or need help locating items, may as well shop at a different location.

The workers don't care and the bathroom is disgusting the paint on the wall is ripped and the flooring is dirty the soap looks disgusting I didn't even want to put it on my hands the cleaning stuff was on a shelf above the toilet and the sink was so dirty It looked like it had mould in it I all most puke and the key to the bathroom is weird it's a long chane with wood at the bottom I am not going to there bathroom ever again or I'll puke.

They have good stuff but they need to organise their store. Everything messed up.Whenever I go here there is barely any employees.I needed help and it took me 2 minutes to find a worker on the other side of the store and there is always 1 cashier. They should hire more employees.
