Show up almost an hour after they open for no one to be here and there's nothing to gather any information on whether or not this is normal or if this place is ever actually open. Drive past all the time and never see cars here. Very confusing situation

Echo is the best. I am notoriously very hard to please when it comes to my hair and I leave happy every time. She also does an incredible blow out. Cannot recommend her enough.

I called to make an appointment waited for them to call me back when they didn't I called again because I need to get my hair done tomorrow....I explained this to Echo when I called back. She said she could do it at 5:30 pm to which I said that would be too late....then she said she could do it at 12:00 pm but it would be tight....I booked the 12:00 pm about 2 hrs later I get a message my appointment has been canceled. Now it's to late to find someone else they are all closed. So I will not be able to get my hair done before the fundraiser tomorrow. Very unprofessional!! WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN!!

Echo is amazing and she really knows what she is doing. She takes time to work with you one on one and is one of a kind! I had my hair bleached and colored and i couldn't have asked for a better result(and super affordable)! Very kind and professional. I will definitely be returning and recommending to others. Overall best salon I've been to in the triple cities.
