Let's start with the good thing; it's open 24 hours as advertised. Now unfortunately I have to say that going there was a bad experience. I used my card to purchase thier ultimate car wash (thier top wash). I used my card, the wash accepted the payment, the door opened to enter the bay but before I could put my car into drive the door closed and wouldn't open again. I called the number on the website and no one has returned my call. I don't think I'll be revisiting this establishment.

Went there this morning, paid for most expensive car wash and the machine went around one time with the soap then it broke. I called the owner or manager to let him know and left him a message. Did not even respond to me and had all day to call me back. I go there quite often but no more due to lack of follow up. I had to spend another 11 bucks to go in the other bay and clean the soap off the car. So ended up paying 23.76 for a not so good car wash.

The credit card machine only works about half of the time. I would recommend finding a different car wash unless you have cash on you.

Stop by and the credit card machine was not working due to an Internet issue. The owner quickly took care of the issue within a matter of five minutes of receiving a call. Very polite and friendly customer service. Excellent operation!

I frequently wash my car here. Always a great wash! By far the lowest price washes in the area. The wash bays are always kept clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality wash!

Paid for a wash and charged me but didnt wash. The owner came right away fixed the problem and made it right. Its nice to see a friendly small business owner that cares

There was still a visible amount of dirt and guck left on the car even when using the soap provided. There was no conditioner available and the soap provided was very minimal. There was red tape indicating no conditioner but was physically removed by someone else.

Great affordable car wash! I was at the automatic carwash when it stopped working mid wash, called the number and they came to refund the wash within 15 minutes. On top of refunding the wash they also provided a giftcard for a second wash. Awesome customer service!!

It's a do-it-yourself car wash! That's about it. It is clean though, and the big plus is that the spray bays accept credit/debit cards.

When I worked in Vestal I always used Hoffman's. I'll be going back. Faster to drive there from Endwell than to wait in this NO WAY OUT line for a mediocre wash. Sorry...just don't have the patience.
