She said her name was Sarah when I called the pharmacy. I asked her to stop wrinkling and ripping paper, and she said I have more than one job. SO LOUD!!! She was talking with someone at the drive-through window. The whole time her microphone was on, and she still crinkling paper. At this point, I felt it was on purpose. I hung up. Never finished the call. #NOPE

8/23/2021 - So, Google covid vaccine drive Thru. CVS Endwell pops up, no referrals just make appointment. Wow, great!! Number to call. (Nothing else listed) I Call, auto answer says go to website to make appointment??? Website says call?? WHICH IS IT? Searched around for 1/2 hour trying to find answer. I used to create websites and know how EASY IT IS to make them USER FRIENDLY! How anyone with no knowledge of computers could get shot, no idea ..FIX THIS RIDICULOUS WORTHLESS SYSTEM.

After using this pharmacy for over a year. I gave up. I was tired of being talked down to, treated like they were doing me a favor. The arrogance of one particular employee was enough. I transferred my prescriptions to another CVS (north street) and they have been wonderful
