i got my nails done about a week ago with my friend. i wanted just a basic french tip with a cute little design, pricing was no problem. about 2 days after i had got my nails done i had noticed the gel starting to turn a yellowish color, now i work at a hospital so i am consistently washing my hands(no dirt) so thats not the issues. ontop of that, all of the fingers are different.

The worst!!!I will never go back there. Very rude and my nails looked horrible. I do not recommend this salon. There is a dark spot on my one nail because she didn’t polish them correctly!!!!!

I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE doing these but I have to in this situation. I called to make an appointment but my usual nail tech was on vacation. I still went in and was with the tech that started me on the whole dip powder nails. Love them! Her work is great but her as a person, I was not happy with. The first time I went to her, she “lectured “ me pretty much thru the whole service that I needed to call to make an appointment. I told her that I did and nobody answered and it wouldn’t let me leave a message. SHE MADE ME CALL THE SALON FROM MY PHONE WHILE I WAS THERE!!!!! She wanted to hear what the vm said. (I work in JC and get out at 530. They close at 7. They accept walk ins. )
Today when I went…. Same girl. I had almond shaped nails and wanted to go back to square. Told me it’s really hard to do that???? They were long enough so she had enough length to work with. Next, there was a color I found on Pinterest that I wanted to show her and she wouldn’t let me saying they probably didn’t have it. I said maybe something close to it. Still no. So I said I wanted to look at the color samples and she said they were wrong and wouldn’t let me, AT 1st! Made me look at a basket of the dip powders. I grabbed the samples, found the one I wanted and she was right, it was wrong but then I showed her the color. Next…. During the filing and shaping etc, because of the language barrier I guess I didn’t understand what she meant, but she told me to put my hand down as she was filling my thumb. I put it down. She said no, put it down. So I put my thumb down. She said NO and shook her head and ROLLED HER EYES!!!!! Are you kidding me????
Like I said the nails look fantastic but the service? Not so fantastic.

I went in for a mani and a pedi, staff very friendly and girl very kind. i had just gotten our of the hospital. She was aware I was hurting and emotional.Being the kind lady she was, she helped me allot.'
Just wish they could speak better English.
I expected to pay $50, for the service and she charged me $60.. did not know the prices went up.She may have suggested something that I did not understand. That would account for the higher price.

I went for a full set of acrylics and then returned a few weeks later for a fill. My nails were burnt with the file during the fill. I took off the nails at home a short while later and they were extremely difficult to remove. Be aware this salon is using MMA monomer which is ILLEGAL. This does not remove like regular acrylic and is toxic.

EDIT AS OF JANUARY 2024:
wow this place went downhill. Came in to get refill dip powder before christmas 2023 as my regular go to salon near my work was packed. decided to come back here because years prior i had a wonderful experience. apparently there’s new ownership? idk but the nail tech seemed to have shaved down a lot of my natural nail as it started burning with the dremmel. i left with red stains all over my hands because of the access powder that was never cleaned off because i was more so tossed to the side once the employee had another walk in for a pedicure. wonky nail shapes with unnatural curvature. nail tip broke off the next day. only saving grace is i wasn’t charged for the new file and buffer, but it’s 2023 — every other salon in the area has prepackaged individual use files that they don’t charge their clients. sad to say but unfortunately will not be returning.
Today was my first time visiting and let me tell you they have a lifelong customer now. The shop itself it’s extremely clean and tidy, and i was super impressed that they have you wash your hands right as you enter and leave. My nail tech, I believe his name was Tim but I could be completely wrong, was absolutely incredible. The pedi was extremely relaxing and the dip powder mani turned out flawless. He and his coworkers are extremely personable, outgoing and super funny. I highly recommend this nail salon!

I never review even when the experience is bad but I feel like the service was too egregious to ignore. I had gotten a pedicure and a dip set with ombré. The pedicure was fine albeit with polish and filing I could’ve done myself at home. My dip set was not what I asked for, square chunky nails when I requested coffin. The ombré was littered with imperfections and a crooked nail tip applied. When I expressed concern I was told we were not finished filing. Very disappointed, for the amount of money I spent for a “luxury service”. I’m sure the salon has the capability to do amazing work but, I personally will not be returning. Be warned.

They couldn't do any design, just basic color. There was not a good ventilation system in the salon so there was an overwhelming, intoxicating smell. I will not be returning.Services: Nail art

They couldn't do the basic design I asked for on my nails, ther could only do basic color. They didn't do enough coats of the color so it was transparent. Finally there ventilation system was not good enough so there was a overwhelming, intoxicating smell. I will definitely no be returning

Very expensive and the gentleman there cut multiple of my fingers, one being pretty bad, filing too hard. Files are $5 and they charge an extra $15 to cut cuticles. I will not be going back.

This was a stressful experience. It was really hard to relax, I was asked a question after every layer of polish on each finger. They changed the price in the middle of my service. They charged me 100$ for a mani-pedi when I was told $75 on the phone. The manicure (gel) didn't even last a week and a half before most fingers were chipped, while usually mine last 3 weeks and nothing changed in terms of my activities or use of hands.

made me sit there for over a half hour without talking to me, took other walk ins before me, finally put me in a chair for a pedicure then took yet another customer before me. finally, very rudely, told me that i had to buy a nail file for $5 even tho the pedicure was already $35. walked out.

Bring your own nail files or you will have to buy them there. If you don't like the work for a special occasion you'll still pay full price. My pedicures, tho I paid for special ones , were inferior to other places I've been. Sometimes, I had good experiences. They are great at trying to get you in a timely manner.
