Lake Champlain yoga is my studio away from home. Being a yoga teacher, it's nice to get away and enjoy yoga in my leisure time. I feel relaxed and get into deep yoga no matter who is teaching. Great studio!

The October 22 Up North Yoga Conference was inspiring and fulfilling in many ways, on and off the mat. I appreciated the variety in the conference teachers' strengths and styles, and I'm still absorbing some of their sage instruction in my day-to-day activities. The yoga space was grand; the acoustics were good. The vegetarian lasagna, salads, and wraps at the Essex Inn were plentiful and delicious, as were the muffins available for snacking. Overall, the UNYC was beautifully and seamlessly organized to provide a welcoming experience for every participant. Brava, Michelle. Thank you.
