When you go inside the store. There is a worker that give you deals and prices. When you agree to a price and are ready to complete the payment. The price of the deals increase 2x. When you go back next month for better prices, they make you wait for hours and gives me a hard time to understand the system. My first and last visit to this store and tnt company

Nymere was great to work with at the Fairport location. He was very patient with me and helped me setup and transfer everything to my new devices. He was very attentive and respectful. I would look forward and recomend to working with him again!

The ATT staff worked relentlessly on it for nearly 2 hours. They were smart and very professional and would not give up until the issue was resolved. I am very impressed

Yvonne is THE BEST!!! She took a ton of time with me and my son as we finally upgraded his very old phone. She was kind, patient, and explained our options thoroughly. She even found a few discounts for me, to lower my monthly bill. I felt that she truly cared about us as customers, and I can’t say enough positive things about her. She was GREAT!

Thank you Ivanka at the Perinton location! She set me up with the new iphone 15, transferred all my data, and answered all my questions. She even demo-ed and explained the new Directv app. Very patient and a pleasure to deal with. Ivanka made it a seamless upgrade in a short amount of time.
