Thank you Ivanka at the Perinton location! She set me up with the new iphone 15, transferred all my data, and answered all my questions. She even demo-ed and explained the new Directv app. Very patient and a pleasure to deal with. Ivanka made it a seamless upgrade in a short amount of time.

If need to do anything to my plan would recommend Ivanka at periton store!! Ivanka was amazing to work with made everything super easy & seamless!! She was a joy to work with & would recommend her to anyone I know!! She not only was patient with me but very knowledgeable!!! Would rate a 5 because of her!!!!! Was trying to see if would be better to switch from other provider to AT & T she was so helpful and not pushy, or trying to make me make a decision too quick!! She texted when said would and made transfer seamless!!! Ivanka is wonderful!!!! Thanks to her saving over 50$ a month!!!

AT&T store at Perinton Square were awesome. I had many awful issues with online chat about our Direct TV the previous day and decided to go into the store to go over everything. Jay and Carrie were wonderful. I will definitely go there instead of ”online chat with a tech” again. The chat person messed up our account and didn’t understand very simple questions. Obviously chat was with someone in foreign country.Thank you Jay and Carrie!

I usually go to this location when I need assistance. In the past I haven’t always had the best customer service BUT this time when I needed help with my phone it was a whole different experience. The store has a new manager, I believe her name is Ivanka. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and made me feel welcome into the location. Even though my phone was a quick fix, she was incredible. I will continue to come back to this location. I highly recommend anyone to come and see her.

Ivanka and Greg were amazing! I’m not good at all of the phone stuff! I got the best phone upgrade for me and they got my monthly bill down and got us on a better plan for us. They did everything!

Greg helped me out today. I stopped in due to the camera app disappearing on my screen but still somehow visible in the phone apps. I had done everything I knew how to do. He didn't have an initial solution but used some other resources at hand and came up with a solution that worked. Well done regardless that he has only worked there for a month. Thank you so much! I use that tool nearly every day

Benjamin at the Fairport AT&T was patient and thoughtful helping me with my phone. I was dealing with some really stressful issues and he helped me slow down and deal with them. Honestly this was the greatest customer service experience of my life. I felt heard and validated. I can’t recommend Ben enough and the man deserves a raise. He only works Mondays so that’s when I will be coming back.

I visited this store 12/09/2022, my husband and I changed phone services to at&t, Karla the manager was so patient, and very nice, explained everything so well, in english and Spanish, so thankful she made everything so easy, and peaceful, we bought new phones and helped with transferring our info to our new phones and everything. She made everything so easy. Thank you Karla!

Ben was super helpful and patient and even stayed two hours after the store was supposed close to help my parents upgrade and understand their phones. Would recommend coming to this store.

Do not visit this store. It will take you triple the amount of time it has to, in order to upgrade. Associate is not well trained in customer service and doesn’t understand how to multi-task. Order your new phone online or from another retailer and complete the setup at home. You will save yourself much time and hassle.

The manager Jeana who took over the store at about 36 weeks pregnant went above and beyond to help me with an existing credit I was owed that internal operations never applied. She did the legwork for me spending hours on the phone and then adding me into the call when they had to confirm with me the credits. It shows great customer service when they will sacrifice their blood pressure for my own. Hopefully we didn’t send her into labor. Thank you for all your help- it’s truly appreciated! Now let’s hope the guy from internal operations carries through on his end while I wait for this text to come through that he promised was coming. ????
