“Just went in to this place after having a derailleur installed at a different bike shop. Bike wasn't shifting well with a 3x8 to 1x9 drivetrain "conversion". They had me bring the bike in and fixed the shifting within 10 mins. Doug was even trying to show me what he was doing to fix it. Super awesome and wish I could have paid them more, as now everything is working perfect. This shop is great.”

“This has been the best experience buying bikes for our family from Full Moon Vista. I had wanted to get a bike for some time, and although there are several very nice shops in town, I really connected with the staff here. It's a very well-run shop with excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a good, curated selection of gear and accessories. I purchased the bike of my dreams from these guys, a Madone SL7 AXS, and my wife purchased a Domane. The staff was very careful to spend time fitting and adjusting the bikes to us, even making sure that we were getting the right bikes for our goals and expected riding conditions. This is the most comfortable bike I've even ridden and I'm looking forward to many rides. They also helped us with accessories, and a fantastic hitch rack that transports our bikes securely and easily.
