“J & N is one of the handful of companies that I will keep going back to because of the excellent customer service. 2 years after I bought a PC from them I had a failure. They fixed the problem within 24 hours and 100% covered under their warranty. Turns out the problem wasn't an issue with the PC hardware, it was a failed Windows update. But they fixed it anyway, at no charge to me. I definitely recommend these guys.”
