Kristin, the manager at the pharmacy, is ridiculously rude. She had me come in for an item that wasn’t in stock, couldn’t care less, and was nasty and unpleasant during the entire interaction. There are better and more professional places to go.

CVS Fairport could use s front entrance face lift. Like many CVS stores, the sutomatic door opens to a small vestibule full of carts and refuse. Nothing welcoming. Upon entry to the store, no greeting or welcome. A seasonal display might help. Simple rearrangement of interior would make a big diuference.

This rating is for Katie (KATHERINE) in the Pharmacy Department! I've been meaning to write this review for like 2 weeks. I'm not from here but needed to grab some vitamins. When I initially walked to the pharmacy the young lady that was at the register said I'll be right with you. I wasn't in a rush so it was fine to wait, but then Katie came right away and said I can help you and came from behind the calendar to point me in the direction of what I was looking for. She also helped me save $$ as they were bogo! Honestly Customer Service goes a long way and if you're willing to take the time to help someone it's always appreciated. I wasn't the biggest fan of CVS from past experiences at my local CVS, but this was such a pleasant experience that I had to take time to let the manager know KATHERINE was Amazing to work with that day!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here to check Christmas clearance and to pick up deodorant. The price checker was down so I went to the cashier to check prices. I was told I needed a phone number to check prices, to make purchases and to get the Christmas clearance price. In addition to the cashier not being able to help me the self check out was down as well.

I am always found CVS salespeople to be helpful in locating my purchases and checking me out efficiently. Tonight’s experience was no different.

Always have a bad experience here. The selection is terrible and it never fails that every time I check out there is always 1 item I don't get to leave with because it won't scan. Today the candy I was buying "maybe had a recall, I don't know". Words of the cashier. Not to mention it took forever to even get to the register. After waiting 10 minutes in line I saw the self check out was open so went over to it and after scanning my item told me to see cashier. Nobody has a clue what is going on here and everything is way over priced.

They will not answer phone. I have been in store with hardly any other customers and I hear the phone ring non-stop. No one answers the phone, the clerks just look at each other to see who will pick it up...no one does. This is especially annoying when I had to call the store and let phone ring - for literally 100 times.

Manager on duty was not friendly. Asked her to honor the price tag on an item that did not scan in at the tagged price. She said that the sale was good until 11-19. Umm, if that is the case why is the sale rage still on the item and it is 11-25?! Regardless, not my fault or issue. I asked if a manager was available that could honor the price and she goes “I’m the manager” in a rather snide way. It was such an awkward encounter.
