It’s atleast clean but the workers take forever, always only one register open, each person takes atleast 10 min to get cashed out. You guys have to cut out the talking and hurry it up.

This is the cleanest of the Dollar Tree stores I've been in! The best bathroom is the cleanest I've seen - clean!!
The selfs are well stocked. Today, they were reorganizing the Easter items. It looked like they brought new items in on towels & over the door hangers.
The freezer was well stocked. Usually, most Dollar Tree stores freezer are almost empty.
Was looking for an ice cube tray. The girl at register went & found them saying there, reorganizing things.
Customer service is better at this store, too!

Went just before Thanksgiving. Well laid out. Lots of holiday stuff but other product also available at a very reasonable price. However I had a bad experience checking out. Cashier closed without warning just before I got to her. About 8 in line. She directed us to the next aisle lit by a overhead bulb. Guess what? No such aisle. Several of us complained. She did not care. I walked out.

I was shopping other day and a customer was screaming at one of the managers she was so mean I would never treat people like that , lady was terrible . I am glad that management stood up to her because that lady was up to no good it’s almost like she wanted to have a bad day .

So glad that they arent letting minors in anymore. I worked for this store for 3 years and the kids in this town are absolutely horrible. No matter how many times we used to call the cops on them for stealing and breaking shelves and harassing staff and customers, the useless cops in this town would still do nothing.just as bad as the parents who raise their kids to be this horrible.
They have walked all over the staff there for years, stealing, making a mess, destroying the bathrooms, saying horrible things to the staff members AND customers. These fairport kids need to be on a strict leash. And if the parents aren't going to do anything, then this is what it boils down to. Good for them for finally standing up for themselves!! These brats need to be taught a lesson, you can't just walk all over people and expect nothing to happen.
Keep this new rule to protect the staff and customers that actually like to shop there in peace. These kids are like rabid dogs.

Store manager did a great job Turing this store around, it’s not messy nor does it have tones of boxes on the floor blocking from shopping and I also like that the new managers are good with customer service especially Mrs Jay who is the part time ASM

I went in this store for the first time last night, I was so impressed very clean and stocked . I called a few friends and told them they should check this store out, cleanest one I've ever seen. not to mention the cashier was so nice. I will be shopping at this location from now on I LOVE IT!!
