I've had nothing but great experiences since I've been a customer of theirs. They call you by name when you walk in the door (at least my teller does) and they're very polite. I love that place. No long lines, plenty of parking, etc. Love it!

Teller demanded to know what my occupation was. What? In order to order checks. What again??? The interaction ended with a vaguely threatening, "I hope you don't have any problems with your account" final comment. I'm changing banks.

If I could give Evans Bank a zero star rating I would.We absolutely use to love this bank when it was Fairport Savings Bank and now that Evans bought them over it is awful.You don't get your statements, moblie banking hardly works, their customer service is terrible as well.

Ever since they switched to Evans bank in takes 5 times longer to get someone on the phone. I can't print out my statement online, it gives me an error message. They say it's because they havent switched everyone from Fairport yet. I answer the lady's security questions so it can be emailed to me. I get a callback that it can't be emailed because their online secure system isnt set up yet and i have to come in and pick it up. Big waste of time only to have to come in person and then scan the whole thing myself. What's the point of online banking if I can't online bank? They've had how long to complete this transition?
