I brought it in for an inspection and because the steering was a little tight. I was informed by Pat that it needed a whole new steering assembly which cost $1,800. I brought it back because it didn't fix the problem and he told me to take it to a Ford dealership. I took it to a mechanic in East Rochester and it was a quick fix for $30. I went back to Pat hoping to get a refund for unnecessary parts & work. I told him I trusted him because he was a mechanic. His exact words were "I'm not a mechanic" I don't know what the deal is there, but anyone going there being told they need a lot work, I would recommend getting a second opinion. The bottom line is that he charged me $1,800 to fix the problem, I trusted that, and it was not the problem at all. If I could give Pat minus starts, I would.

Had an appointment for 10, said it would be ready between 2 and 3, it was ready at 5. Then the next day I get a message. Apparently, they forgot to put my wheel lock keys back in the car. I decided to check my emergency tire kit and all of my tools are missing. When I phoned, Pat said "You can catch more bees with honey" and then followed up with, "It's not my fault." According to Pat I should be grateful that they lost my tools, kept my wheel lock keys and I have to make another trip up to retrieve them. Pat needs to learn deescalating skills, his juvenile comments only escalated my anger and spurred this negative review. Never again will I go back. Check the most recent review most are negative.
