Mrs. Sue went way and beyond to offer me flowers at a later date or a total reimbursement. To me that spoke volumes. She not only cares for her customers, she respects us! This business will always flourish and will always have faithful customers like me and my husband. This place is amazing!!!!”
“The service was exceptional. They had great advice when I called them with questions after I ordered. The family loved the flowers! However, the person who hand wrote the card to go with it did so with grammatical and spelling errors instead of just copying what I wrote and did not sign the card so the family didn’t know who the flowers were from right away. Would still order from them again though!”
“JOY was absolutely wonderful! We did everything over the phone working on behalf of my older brother helping him get a rose arrangement for Valentines Day for his gf. You could hear the smile in her voice along with her enthusiasm, and while asking the right questions she followed up with actively listening and provided the right details to help rest assure what we were getting. Once we decided, I added my brother in on the 3 way call so he could finish the transaction. Truly her name is a reflection of her personality and work ethic, and a great reflection of how people should be taken care of!
