My husband and I went all over the greater Rochester area shopping around for two vehicles, a pickup for him, and a small efficiency car for me. After getting the runaround from several other dealers including attempts to put us into some (very very) used vehicles for way too much, Sam at Hoselton got us into the exact BRAND NEW vehicles we both wanted, with little fuss and within our budget range. (And for less than the guy trying to sell us two used vehicles!) We have had our vehicles since July and August and I just had my first service and everything has been smooth sailing. I definitely recommend Hoselton and Sam, who stuck her neck out for us and got us the best deal possible.

I have a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid Limited. My fuel tank got “fixed” but even on nearly empty (only about 5 miles of driving remaining), I can’t get over 10.2 gallons in. They also didn’t check that it was properly fixed. They’re supposed to put gas in it as part of making sure the problem is resolved and they didn’t do that. I’ve also had an ongoing electrical noise issue when I brake that I brought to their attention a year ago - after only having the car for 6 months. It didn’t start out sounding like that and there was a very distinct change when the problem started. I have been to the dealership numerous times. I’ve been mansplained to, lied to, ignored, told that it’s just a sound that hybrids make. Yet, I have documentation suggesting where the problem is likely coming from and they couldn’t find another vehicle on the lot that makes the same sound. But yeah, “it’s just a hybrid sound.” Drew Hoselton assured me that he’d follow through and keep me updated on a resolution and that there would be one. He lied. Then he added insult to injury and he passed me on to his secretary to follow up. No updates, no resolution, no communication, nothing. I regret buying from this dealership that has lacked integrity in every interaction and regret purchasing what I thought was a quality vehicle, from a quality company, and quality dealership. It is none of the above. They couldn’t possibly care any less about anything but getting your money and then doing as little as possible.

I purchased a center dash for my 2006 Nissan frontier. I recieved a email that the price had changed from 158.00 to $158. and was ok with that. I emailed back and said that's fine.

Don't bother even adding anything to your cart, let alone ordering from them. Once they have your e-mail they will be spamming you. Their fake unsubscribe button doesn't work. Yours request to be removed from their list goes no where.

This place is fantastic! I have to replace a fuel tank on my 2004 Nissan Xterra XE, I was quoted $400 plus labor, from my mechanic, for the fuel tank alone. I got the fuel tank, sending unit, retainer ring, retainer/sending unit gaskets, and retainer ring screws for under what I was quoted for the fuel tank alone from my mechanic, all OEM Nissan parts. The agent that assisted me, Ed, was fantastic! Ed did let me know that the site sometimes says they have something in stock but they may not. He recommended calling before to check to see if your needed parts are actually in stock. He indicated that if they don't have it it doesn't take long to get the part(s) needed. The guys there are extremely helpful. I took the drive out there to pick up my parts so I could save the shipping fee, which wasn't bad at about $37 for all parts listed above. The warehouse is a little hidden so I had a little issue to find it. It is back off O'Connor Rd a little bit. If coming from Fairport Rd it will be on the right side of the road two drives after the rail road tracks. If you want to pickup your parts yourself you need to order online. Then give them a call to let them know you want to pick the parts up yourself. You initially pay the shipping with your online order however, they will refund the shipping cost if you pick up from the warehouse. I really recommend that you get the part numbers from your mechanic if you have a make they deal with. Per their website they carry Nissan Toyota/Scion, Hummer, Buick, GMC and Chevy. They are all OEM parts at wholesale prices. Overall, I would recommend that you check them out either call or check their website before you let your mechanic order your parts. At least have your mechanic call them to compare prices, you have the right to ask them to do that. I think you will see that you will save some money.

Great experience. I placed the order online and contacted them the next day to confirm everything with my entered order notes. They are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They make sure everything is correct for your car. Now that I found them, I will certainly use them for ALL my OEM parts needs (no more aftermarket parts). Thank you for the excellent service.
