The worst customer service experience. The Bankers and the Bank Manager do not respect people's times. They also give you incorrect or incomplete information. Please train your bankers to provide accurate information. Also, customer service tip: if there is a problem, don't repeat the problem to the client by bringing in your manager. Try to work out a solution instead of repeating the issue.

Nothing but poor experiences from this bank thus far. I set up an account for an HSA through my employer and figured... Why not ill use this as a secondary account plus they have an incentive for signing up. Win-win I suppose. Unfortunately, they have been a headache since I began.It started with the person opening my account never ordering a debit card, then the bank giving me a hard time about actually honoring the incentive they offered for choosing them. From there I found out their customer service is horrible. Working with Emily at the branch was a headache. When discussing the issues I was experiencing she decided to take them personally (talk about unprofessional.) In these exact words, I said "All I really need is for you to do your due diligence and fix the mistakes your bank has made, if that's too difficult then you can close my account. Apparently, she was too sensitive for grown-up words and I got asked to leave. I requested the direct number for the branch manager, left a message, and got no response from them at all... Funny story is, I called the Pittsford branch immediately after leaving and they had answers to my questions within a few minutes. Why the hassle, and why such a different outcome?Not impressed, poor experience, do not recommend Perinton to anyone.

I have my own thoughts and emotions about the situation at hand but I will do my best to compartmentalize them and simply state facts.I learned about an event that took place at the Key Bank located in Perinton Square Mall today. 6716 Pittsford Palmyra Rd, Fairport, NY 14450.It bothered me enough and I feel like talking about it so bare with me.An employee at this bank does not respect personal boundaries and is comfortable with belittling clients based on extremely personal information. Banking information.I will not include the details of this event. This is to protect the individual that was negatively affected by this experience.I only encourage people NOT to do business with this disappointing branch lest you receive similar treatment.

Key bank all around is horrible. They do not care about their clients. When withdrawing, their atm has withdrawn the money from my account but not dispensed the money not once but twice. When I called, they stated I would have to wait 7-10 business days to be reimbursed. When I questioned them, considering the amount was substantial and this was not my fault, I was told it looks like I have enough money in my account to last the 2weeks for the dispute to be refunded! One My finances are none of their businesses, two this was not my fault, and three this is during a pandemic. The 3 people I spoke with were uncaring or supportive. This was their fault and problem to resolve yet I have to wait 2 weeks for my money that I trusted them with!

Business owners beware, Key Bank does not follow Federal Regulations in regards to cash deposits (10k). They have their own cash deposit limits. Beyond that limit (1k) you must provide tax info, drivers license and personal info. It's a Business Acct... not ok to keep my personal info on file when I'm doing errands for the company I work for.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. This branch exchanged a 1000 Mexican Peso for me and accepted the exchange for the amount of approximately $35.97. They sent the bill to ensure that the bill was legitimate. Once the bill was approved I then received the deposit in my account. One month later they deduct the money that was given to me out of my account because they said "the bill was no longer in circulation" and need the money back essentially.

Had the best experience at this branch today, came in stressed out about my account left very relieved thanks to Chuck. He was very helpful in explaining things and left me very satisfied in this Key Bank Branch
