Lyons national bank is the worst bank I've ever used. They are not compatible with any other online platform, whether its Venmo, UKG wallet, etc. I cant even use the routing and checking and have a successful online transaction whatsoever. I literally have to use my other bank account and send them checks via snail mail in order to move money over into that account. I couldn't even send money to my account using a debit card that I have through them in order to have a faster transaction. Mobile deposit? Forget it, that also takes 3 business days which defeats the entire purpose of offering that service. My credit unions mobile deposit is instantaneous.Don't even get me started on the mortgage. If you want to make extra payments, the online system will not allow you to do so because you literally have to call every time you want to pay extra towards the principal. Its extremely old fashioned and inconvenient. If I want to pay extra towards the principal I should be able to do so at ANY TIME because its MY MONEY.This company lives in the stone ages and its atrocious.

I have never had an adverse experience with this bank either on the phone or in person. Personal service is the way they distinguish themselves and they are very good at it.

Just had a very terrible experience at the Fairport New York location. Sharon, one of the tellers was about the rudest person I’ve ever talk to and tried really hard not to allow my business to be done. I will never step foot back in this location.

I've had nothing but a good experience banking with this LNB branch. They were very friendly, helpful, and attentive to my wife and I when we did our first time home buyers program from beginning to end, such a good experience that i decided to refinance my vehicle with them as well. Good bank, good people.
