Very friendly staff, good quality wash, vacuums could use more suction. I was the only car there and the vacuums barely seemed to work.

After TWO car washes this is how my car looked. It's a white car and hides some but zoom in and look how bad it is. TWICE! They gave me a free car wash but what's the point. They should be sued for their false advertising. Car wash doesn't wash anything. Still bird crap, soot, bugs, and a filmy residue in the windshield (didn't show in photos)Save your money and your car and never go here. It's and embarrassment of a business

I came here for a second time with a coupon that they sent me which was for a $8 car wash. The first time when I came there I had a $5 coupon for a car wash and I got an actual wash. The second time when I went here with my $8 coupon I only got a rinse. I was told by a guy seemed like the manager that the coupon is just for a rinse. Which makes no sense. If you want people to try out your car wash with a coupon how would they know how the car wash is when they are Just getting a rinse instead of an actual car wash. I wasted $8 for nothing. I also called customer service and explained to them what happend and was told I would get an email or a call from someone and it's now been 5 days and I haven't heard from anyone. I wouldn't recommend this place for a car wash. The manager also seemed rude and basically dismissed what I had to say. Also their receipt machine wasn't working.

I was in town visiting family and looking to get a car wash after a long road trip. I found Splash Car Wash Express and couldn’t have been more impressed.The general manager was very friendly and the facilities were first class. Most importantly, my car looks as good as new!I will be sure to return here every time I am in town.
