Out of the 2 times I’ve gone here, both have been a complete waste. First time the touch free bay was down, the second time the credit card reader was down. Was considering membership here but why bother if there’s always something broken here? Look elsewhere!!!

best car wash i’ve ever been through. staff is extremely nice and helpful. highly recommend going through rapid car wash in fairport !!

Closes at 8 pm, but staff will usually close off access to the vacuums well before 8 pm, which is very frustrating. Been using the touchless wash here- this is frequently down or not working 100%

Only one in my area, so I've used it a lot, but getting tired of being ripped off. I use the manual spray and wash. It takes, on average, 30 seconds of time (which you are paying for} before anything actually starts happening. Sometimes buttons to change, from like wash to rinse, get stuck. All this and it's not cheap...

Been here a couple of times and was fine with the wash. Today the same truck I've taken through several times was too big. I paid $20 for a wash and 10 day guarantee. They sent me through the $15 dollar no touch, one time. Guess I won't make that mistake again
