Absolute worst pedicure ever. Went with my daughter and her service was just as bad. Mailed weren’t cut straight, polish all over. The person actually set a timer for each phase of my pedicure and moved on no matter what. Full pedicure finished in less than 20 minutes. My feet were in water for less than 2-3 minutes total. I could’ve done a better job myself. Will never set foot in the place again. They should get zero stars.

Got us in quickly. But the pricing was not what was quoted on the phone. My 10 year old got regular polish on her hands and feet. I got gel polish on hands and feet. No manicure or pedicure and it was $93!! No gel removal for either of us either.

Very bad job on my mom’s nails. The male worker used his MOUTH to blow dry her hand, and did not wait inbetween coats. Just look at the pictures… They also make you pay before they do the work.

My first trip to this salon was years ago and I walked away with a lumpy, unprofessional pedicure. Today, I decided to give it another chance and get a plain manicure (no polish of any kind). I discovered that they do not sterilize their tools between clients while the tech used a cuticle clipper on me that had clearly been used on someone else, too.

Lynn was amazing! I got a pedicure and she really listened to what I wanted. She was patient when I requested to try a few colors before I decided . She does quality work!

Inside was totally disgusting and unhygienic. Not to mention they botched a simple manicure, resulting in it needing to be redone at a different establishment.
Oh, and don’t forget your tipping money, because you’ll be pestered until the cows come home to leave a tip for a failed job.

My daughter and I came here for the first time ever for a Mother’s Day gift. Very impressed. It was busy, but we got in very quickly. We had side-by-side pedicures and manicures very professional, clean and we had a shoulder massage while we were getting our manicures done amazing! This is definitely my new nail salon.

I did my nails this last Saturday with them (for context, 3 days ago from the posting of this review as today is Tuesday.
The atmosphere is nice and there is lots of space so I imagine if even they're busy, you'll be quickly attended to, which is great.
I'm however very disappointed at how my nails turned out but also the misinformation as to prices. I had acrylic nails and needed them filled. I initially called and asked how much it would cost and they said $30 which was reasonable.
I ended up paying $65 - fifty for the nails and fifteen for a massage. I could not believe it.
But much worse for me is the actually turn out of the nails. In the first place, the polish was not applied to the full nail, across the board. Next, the UV gel applied was thick and quite unnatural-looking despite me saying to the technician I wanted it more natural and less thick.
I am really disappointed overall with the outcome of the nails for what I paid. Really not worth the money and I regret going - my in law took me and while her nails turned out great (she's a regular), mine did not.
Even my husband, who is not very into these sorts of things, mentioned immediately I got home that these nails look funny and not well done!! It may mean nothing to others but when I tell you this man has hardly commented on my nails, it should tell you he noticed a difference- which I noticed too.
I also want to say that if it's because of the type of nail I had that the technician could not get my nails right, they need to increase their clientele and get better at working on all nail types.
I don't live in the US anyway but I would certainly not be returning nor would I necessarily recommend Ruby Nails based on my experience.
UPDATE:
It's Barely two weeks later and one nail is off! I don't even know how- I felt nothing; only noticed it when I picked my phone...

I went for the first time to Ruby nails and I was so Impressed on how beautiful MAY did my nails the shape I asked for was perfect!!!! I finally found my nail place!

May is the only employee I would recommend seeing here. I've been numerous times and unless she was the one doing my nails, I've had a terrible experience. Most recently, I went to get my UV gel taken off and the man who was helping me filed my nails instead of soaking them off to save him time. Now, I am left with a hole in the middle of my nail which is an open wound. It's sensitive and painful. If you are looking for a decent experience and a nail salon which makes customer satisfaction a top priority, I would not recommend this location. If you find yourself here, request May, as she is the only one who has taken her time with my nails and made sure I left happy and injury free.

Coco does not only do great nails, she also does a fantastic job on eyebrow microblading. I’ve done my eyebrow before, but the result is not as good as this time! I am impressed! Coco is now my designated person I will go to if I ever need my eyebrows microbladed.
