His goal was to provide engineers and technicians with a source of unique electronic test & measurement equipment, components and accessories, including: A wide range of bench and USB oscilloscopes, RF spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, waveform generators, signal generators, pure RF sources, multi-meters, data-loggers, power supplies, SPI/I2C controllers , high-reliability industrial and panel PCs, RF/EMI-shielded enclosures, USB serial converter cables , automotive test equipment, universal circuit board diagnostic systems, in & out-of-circuit IC testers, automated reverse engineering systems, and counterfeit IC detection systems.
