Angela did an amazing hot stone pedicure. I only rated it three stars as my 80 minute pedicure only lasted 60 minutes. For the price I paid, it should not have ended early.

Nice massage therapist. Otherwise, the Woodcliff is no longer worth the money. Tranquility room is beautiful yes, but massage room was sterile & no style (it looked like a doctor's office). When I stepped out of my room post-massage, I had to find my way to the tranquility room & get my own water. I’ve never had an experience where the therapist wasn’t waiting upon completion of the massage to see how I was (at the door to guide me on) with at least a water, & it had only been 3 minutes since he stepped out. There was a group of 4 women who were loud in the tranquility room, which defeats the purpose of the room. I also had to wait about 5 minutes to check in while the host was securing a reservation on the phone. I understand being busy, but an in-person guest should at least be greeted, “I’ll be right with you,” or something to that effect. The locker room had dirty dishes from the tranquility room, and the light bulbs were burned out in the sauna. When I was ready to check out, there was no one in sight, so I had to leave a note. For a $165 50-minute massage this lack of care is unacceptable. There are plenty of other upscale spas in the area that feel like money well spent. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
UPDATE: Spa manager returned my call, apologized & offered me points towards another visit.

Best massage I've ever had. Shannon and Laura were amazing and professional.

We stayed here during a cross country road trip. We came for the amenities but were pretty disappointed. The spa had no availability any of the days we were there, and the hot tub was closed for maintenance. The pool was freezing cold, so there wasn't much to do. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The fridge froze our sandwiches which made them inedible, so that was another issue hard to overlook. They put robes in the room for purchase but they are extremely itchy. Overall the property is gorgeous, but I'd skip returning.

This hotel was outdated and overpriced. The front desk attendant was friendly and the lobby gave a false impression but as soon as you get on the elevator you realize it isn't as nice at it first looked! Elevator was very wobbly and the carpets in hallway and room were outdated. The room smelt of mildew. I did like we had robes, the outdoor scenery was beautiful and the shower had a handheld shower head! Probably would not stay here again unless they done some major updating! There are way better hotels for cheaper!

Enormous luxury hotel built in the 1980's when Kodak and Xerox business could support this kind of place, now hotel just hanging on. After checking into two rooms, had to move all our things because one of the rooms had a big hole in the ceiling and water was pouring in, the other did not have the ADA shower that was listed on the reservation. Now after arriving two hours ago we are still trying to get two rooms on the same floor - even though hotel is mostly empty, clerk has been "searching" for available rooms. Went to dining room and ordered a salad with grilled shrimp but the shrimp was cold boiled shrimp just out of the freezer bag. Then water started to drizzle out of the ceiling of the dining room on our heads! What else? Pretty much the whole hotel smells musty. After walking between our two rooms without shoes on, our socks were soaking wet. The pool was filthy. The WiFi is unusable, SpeedTest showed 1.5MBS download! Nightmare.

An overpriced motel. Dirty in spots. Plumbing is bad. Restaurant is expensive but mediocre. Breakfast buffet was somewhat stale. Staff made a mess of my deposit. Never again.

Lovely service and experience at the Woodcliff. May have had some bumpy times during Covid but they have come roaring back. The restaurant is amazing - be sure to try one of the pastry chef's specialties and the sea bass was to die for! They are renovating the lodging and have already renovated the spa. A beautiful sunset dinner and view is worth every penny.

I had the pleasure of visiting the woodcliff Spa for the 2nd time a few weeks ago and it was once again, a lovely experience. The spa manager Joseph helped us book since we were having issues with scheduling. I cannot wait to come back for Valentines week…I think their lounge is absolutely mesmerizing. I rate this facility better than the Del Monte

As always a wonderful time getting a quick pedicure at The Spa at Woodcliff. Such a beautiful and peaceful waiting area. Staff was very kind and I got in right on time and was out and on my way to my next appointment with time to spare. This spa is always my top pick for our area.

What a way to start the New Year! I came here with my Best friend on New Years Eve day & it really put us in a relaxing mode. Just fyi we did make Reservations a week an a half before because this place can get booked. We both opted for the Tranquility Massage for 50mins. With Matthew and Bobby. I had Matthew & I've never had a male before, but he made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire experience. I've been to some really nice Spa before but this was the 1st one that they had the heating pad on the table, which was a nice touch. The music was calming and Matthew made sure I was okay with the pressure right from the beginning. after the massage we enjoyed the Stream room as well as the lounge where they have tea an snacks. The views from the tranquility room are amazing so I could only imagine what it's like in the Summer or even early fall. Overall this was a great Spa experience that I would recommend and would absolutely come back.
