I have always had a great experience in this store. The staff is friendly and have been always been extremely when shipping items, particularly when I need to ship internationally for work which can often be a pain. I have also used them several times for printing and binding for business meetings and the turnaround time and product are always top-notch. 10/10

Visited recently with a large and time consuming return, while one employee helped me (who seemed newer) the other employee John held the fort down and assisted numerous customers quickly and efficiently while also assisting the new employee. It was a long and taxing process for my order but the employee Sue was calm and collected although I'm sure frazzled and did a fantastic job! Kudos to this team for providing service with a smile!

Customer service is always abrasive. Today the young lady behind the counter was particularly nasty.
I won’t be back, plenty of other options.

Dropped off another package this morning, as I've done many other times. Surprisingly, this time was just like the others as it was a simple pleasant transaction. From these reviews, I was expecting my feelings to be hurt or to be hit with a nasty glare. Sadly, I was disappointed.

Every time I go to the Fairport store, they are courteous, quick, and friendly. They help me with big shipping items and always search for the best prices. I highly recommend this UPS STORE. I have used them for years and their team is amazing! Thank you.

Had the oddest encounter with this store. When asked what was in my package, I told him it was gifts and nothing liquid or dangerous. He did not like the answers I gave him and opened my package. I have never experienced this before. Unfortunate circumstances and may not be back.

Great Experience!!!!!
Went today to ship several items. They helped me unload my car. Customer Service was wonderful!! After having a horrible experience at UPS Webster. Thank you so much Fairport Crew!

Agree with other reviews - older slim guy is extremely abrasive. The very elderly man in line next to me asked that employee if he thought his box needed more tape and the employee replied, “well, there’s a hole there! I would say yes!” in an utterly disrespectful tone.
The young, white female employee then proceeded to THROW my package, clearly labeled as “GLASS BOWL” on the ground. When I looked irritated and reminded her it was a glass bowl, she shrugged and smirked to the older slim employee.
Come on - we’re all just walking each other home. Is it that hard to be nice?!

Absolutely the best service experience I have had in a long time. I was greeted warming and professionally and served right away. My package was wrapped with care while we had a very nice conversation and they wished me a good day. Would go back in a heartbeat. My preferred mailing location going forward.

The manager is abrasive, rude, and acts as if every question is a waste of his time. I was berated for wanting a separate return address than my own, and he wouldn’t stop asking why- that’s my business, not yours?

Went into fairport packets landing location and associate J. Was very rude. He made it seem like I was wasting his time with a Amazon return. Started stating things that need to get done when Amazon's website does not state the same.
If you get 2 boxes and the items come as a set, you need to send in one box due to one label. And the Amazon site states individual packages sealed...not anything about combining them.
So as the associate was belittleing me in front of others, and whipping out the Amazon handbook, then after I ask if they can tape it together he says for 3 dollars or so.
So why didn't he offer options first instead of complaining there was only one label and continue to treat me like I'm the idiot?
When companies work together there may be miscommunication on policies but to hold the customer accountable and treat them anything like a valued customer is just poor attitude and just glad I'll hopefully never need to go back there. I'll drive another 20 miles as like as J isn't working.
