The men and women that work here are fantastic!!! They are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with everything mail. I would go out of my way to go to this office... 5 stars for sure!!!!

Incompetence and bad customer service. Postal worker did not tell me that hand sanitizer is in the NO MAIL list of items when I filled out the customs declaration and she checked it over. I paid $75.00 for the package, then it was returned to me. The post office manager told me that it was their fault, he's sorry but there is no credit or refund, I need to pay $75.00 again to re-mail the package.

Whenever I go pick up a package, most people are more than willing to go look for it. But today, the guy you see all of these reviews about, refused to go to the back to look. He told his partner who was just about to, that “we are not going to look for their package”. I would expect you to do a little more than the register, but I guess not.

We've had numerous packages show up damaged and the damage is clearly from between the post office and our door, not transit. We've been unimpressed with the same male staff member others below have described. Not wanting to work beyond running a cash register.
I now have a package not showing up despite being in their possession days prior that was important for work. When asked if I could pick it up in person they fled the register and said they couldn't possibly find it for me.

Hey, look for postal workers they do a solid job. It’s sometimes pretty slow in there but that’s partly because of the really convenient location.

Went to get my passport done for the first time, didn’t know I needed to make copies of my birth certificate and drivers license, asked if they could make copies said no and to reschedule my appointment to get my passport, mind you online information doesn’t tell you, you need copies made of these, I recommend Pittsford post office as went there as a walk in for my passport after going home to make copies and when I arrived they asks if I needed copies made of my license and birth certificate

No way was my bag from Temu stuffed i to my mailbox. Instead it was propped on the ground in front of it. My regular guy must be on vacation. Temu will be resending my items and refunding those not available anymore. Have a great week, everyone.

Slow and rude. The woman working at noon today gave me a hard time about a marking on my box. After coloring over it she insisted it wasn't enough and kept telling me to get out of line. What I don't understand is why she couldn't stick the shipping label over it..... Never dealt with a less helpful usps employee in my life. Maybe it's time for a career change.

Very terrible customer service. Rude and doesn’t know how to properly do their job. Had a girl tell me I couldn’t pick my mail until the 30 day hold was over. Which made absolutely no sense. Rob answers questions in a very rude and condescending manner.
