Awesome nail salon …. I saw some negative reviews but decided to come anyway … these girls work hard and have a Busy schedule , but i am very satisfied with the results … while at the salon today, i witnessed first hand a woman verbally attack an employee about her nails … I bet she will soon post a horrible review … don’t listen to her or anyone else! 🙂👍 because they do great jobs. 🙂

Some of the laziest work I’ve ever had done. She didn’t touch my cuticles, and my nails were lifting before I left the salon. She burned my natural nail within the first few minutes of my appointment and I knew I should have left then. Shame on me for not doing so.
The prices are so much higher than other local salons. Skip this place.

Rose takes care of my real nails and does not push tips when I have a few nails shorter than others. I love the fact that she doesn’t grind my nails with an electronic tool before applying gel polish!

I tried out the new location because it was referred to me. I called and scheduled an appointment for a manicure. I was originally told they had time at 2:15 pm, but then the lady who’s books appointments told me she could get me in earlier. I asked for 1:30 pm and she said that was fine, but when i got there it was super busy and I felt like I was forgotten about. There were 2 people walking in after me getting waited on first while I had to sit and wait for someone to be available because I didn’t request anyone by name. No one started working on my nails until 2:10 pm. My nail tech did a great job. Rita got my nails done as quick as she could because she saw I had been sitting a while. If you are not a regular client or have time constraints then I would not recommend this place because you will wait a while if it is a busy day.

This is a fantastic salon! Sometimes it’s hard to find a good spot where you are taken care of, but VIP nails does perfect every time :) We were offered water and coffee, but there was no judgement on the state of our hands/feet prior to the service, and the nail stylist Rayli matched our energy levels perfectly. I’m a chatter— my fiancé is not. It was a great experience.
Requested style: We wanted a specific style…. Rayli got it perfect! This is the closest we’ve ever gotten to matching a Pinterest look.
Cleanliness: The stylist Rayli and the salon as a whole are very clean. They take proper precautions to make sure your mani and/or pedi is safe and makes sure every space is cleaned after use.
Stylist: Rayli is fantastic at trendy nail styles and taking your needs/wants into account. I love sitting with her!!!

My first experience here was not the best unfortunately. My appointment was at 4 and I wasn't seated until 4:30. I got a simple manicure that was done in 10 minutes and was finished by someone else because my person moved on to another client. My nails have small bubbles in them and the second coat doesn't even go all the way to the bottom of my nails. I'm disappointed because these were supposed to be for my engagement photos.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. The nail tech does great work, but treated me like trash! I was applaud to receive a phone call from the person who does my nails to tell me She can no longer take me as a client because I did a no call no show literally a week after my father passed (to which she knew this). After the main receptionist called trying to change my appointment because the tech didn’t want to take me anymore, the tech, Nina called back to tell me she had to drop me as a client for doing a no call no show. Furthermore, she said because I did it months ago but she let it slide… and when I tried to explain that I had no recall of that I would have fixed the issue but nothing was said, she began to talk over me and try to rush me off the phone. They are awful and have NO people skills. Trying to dodge me as a client as if I don’t have any professional acumen. If you want to be treated with respect and like a human being DO NOT go to this salon. I really thought I found my perfect nail salon and tech, but this is awful! If I am ever asked about VIP nails I will share my horrible experience with whoever ask.

The VIP team at the original location - Nina, Rose, and Tannie - always take wonderful care of me. I prefer the peace of that location and have been so impressed with how kindly they treat each customer and one another. They will remember you, your nail care preferences, and make great conversation as they work. Thanks, VIP for being equal parts professional (clean, so easy to book, and consult for styling choices) and fun. It's clear your team cares about your clients, and we appreciate you!

Called last minute for a gel Pedi and got right in. Only had to wait about 3 or 4 minutes for my service. They had quite a large variety of colors to choose from including brand name polishes like OPI. My tech was nice and thorough and did a very nice job. Nails looked perfect. The salon was also very clean and modern and made you feel very comfortable. For a 45 minute gel pedicure I was charged $52 which is a reasonable price for the service, area and quality. I will definitely be back for more services.

I generally love this place and it's my go to but this past weekend had a disappointing experience. The owners were apparently out of town and everyone was sent to the location behind Walgreens. It felt like we were on a production line. I was sat down and she started on my nails with a dremel tool and used that on my cuticles too, OUCH! After that just started painting, no shaping of my nails or cutting of my cuticles. Finished painting and there was no cuticle oil or hand massage. One of the worst manicures I've had from there and my nails are uneven and my cuticles look like crap

I was so upset with my nails, first of all they started falling off after only two weeks and typically my nails last 3 plus weeks. Plus I was overcharged for a simple design, will never go back. I recommend ruby nails over vip nails any day.

This nail shop is always short staffed and can never service anyone that comes in for a walk-in. Even something as simple as a soak off. They sent us to their location across the street where the staff just looked at us when we came in. No one offered to help, asked us what we were looking for or welcomed us to their store. A “we will be with you shortly” would have even done. We stood at the counter for 10+ mins without being acknowledged just to leave to another nail shop. Embarrassing lack of customer service.
