Had an absolutely terrible experience. Ordered ahead and when I arrived at pickup, only half of my order was there. Instead of waiting another 25 minutes for the rest of my food and let my other food get cold, I asked for a refund and took what I had in hand. I get home and the food is not only ice cold, but smells and tastes of cigarettes. A waste of $80 and a taste in my mouth that will be tough to get out. Yuck.

Absolutely disgusting, got a piece of buffalo and a piece of ham pizza, Buffalo slice was Absolutely nasty. HAM slice was cold. Terrible service, employees always have a attitude when when ask for a slice of pizza. I'm very disappointed, this is a shame to crosbys.

Not the place to stop if you need to pee while your food is prepared. Burger king has a one stop food and bathroom. If you sell prepared food it's the law.

I have really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Every time I order bacon it's barely warmed and most of the time extra lettuce is apparently barely any lettuce. I'll just take my business to farm fresh for subs where they will cook bacon so it actually changes color and doesn't stay slightly pink and chewy (pre cooked strips)

They were very busy and only two staff on duty. They were amazing staff, but one more staff would have been nice.

Crosbys is that kind of store that u can get whatever you r in need of I love their pizza that's the bomb and the workers most of them are cool and very nice they acknowledge u when u come in and by name too

The garbage piling up behind the dumpsters is a little bit of an eyesore. The animals in the neighborhood drag the garbage that’s carelessly thrown onto the sides and ground near the dumpsters into adjacent areas and it’s really becoming an issue. Why in the world would any establishment allow this to pileup behind their business? It’s disgusting and I’m really sick of looking at it. The employees there should not be allowed to throw trash around like this. What’s the point of having dumpsters if you’re not utilizing them. ??♀️

Pizza dough not cooked. Raw stretchy dough under cheese. Called and supervisor couldn't think to apologize. Sad . Building was nice.

Sunday 5-7-23 around 12:30pm. Stopped in for some cold drinks and was completely blown away. The 2 workers that were on were talking about how many "hits" it took them to get high. Legal or not it was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL for this kind of conversation with customers in the store. I was not impressed.

Love the pizza depending on who is working is whether its made correctly or not but all around its a great place
