In all fairness this deserves to be 0 stars. Extremely unprofessional, rude, ignorant owner, with neglect to customers and total lack of any customer service at all. Got out of the car up front with the car on still to go to the window (with no intention of parking there) to ask about a certain part and guidance, and the owner came running to the window yelling and "saying you can't park there" and making other extremely bold and ignorant, rude statements with an attitude to his (first time customers). Eventually dealt with an employee who was better. Went to find a vehicle for a part needed that was originally told that would be there, and was not there at all, after searching two full yards. Absolutely no record of inventory, and nearly mauled twice by two separate yard dogs and had to run, that we were never told about or to look out for. That is just looking for a lawsuit if anyone is ever injured without the knowledge of them. STAY AWAY from this place at all costs. I usually never give negative reviews, and it's been a while since I've been treated this way if I ever was.

DON'T EVEN THINK OF USING THIS COMPANY!!They will scam you and broker your car out to someone else! Then they make excuses, then more excuses why they haven't picked up your car then won't answer your calls and have voicemail too full. No BBB rating. I wish I had never called. Finally did get my car, but Dependable didn't want to pay the transport company that ACTUALLY delivered my carBEWARE!!Service: Car towing

Called after paying lots of money for them to tell me they can’t hull my vehicle! I called to get my money back and the gentleman hung up on me! Very poor service! If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would! Absolutely horrible place!

I drove 4 hours to pick up a box truck that was not ready no gas in the vehicle poor service waited 3 hours then they call me back and tell me they forget freight in the truck I need to bring the truck back to unload very poor service took a $1000 from my account Fuard because I didn't let them unload the truck after I purchase the truck I would recommend them to anyone Please SCAM!!!!! Was sold a car with a banded title and we took the car back and got loan money back but got ripped off on trade in car when he refused to give it back. They said they sold it.

These folks have a long way to go. After promising several times that we could use there dealer plate, they refused to give one to us when we came to pick the truck up we bought. Making all kinds of excuses and down right lying to us. I wouldn't trust them very far.
