The UBEO staff has always been very friendly and helpful when ever I have questions or need help. The technicians are thorough and organized and careful not to disrupt our business when they are making repairs to our equipment.

Calling the office, professional and courteous personnel. Our tech contacts me to discuss situation and set up service call. Tech is courteous and professional; keeps me informed on service. Discussed situation experienced and advised would be our telephone provider as fax issues and all the "bells and whistles" for our machine are intact. He was correct on this call...plus helped set up staff having printing issues. He rocks!!Contacting for service is convenient and easy. Dale outreached to us to schedule accordingly; arrived when indicated he would. He was detailed on checking our issue and repaired as needed. Tech knows the equipment we have and is pleasant while at our office.
