Having ServPro in my corner has been such a blessing during a water damage catastrophe. They had a crew here the day I called them and Alexis and TJ did a great job getting a huge amount of household goods to their drying chambers. Marlena and her crew have since done an amazingly professional job sorting and salvaging as much of it as possible. Jackie and Alexis and a bunch of other staffers have done a really thorough job of demo, cleanup, and mold remediation. I’m so grateful to everyone that’s helped me out

Alexis was amazing! She is top notch! She was professional and efficient. She and her helper put my mind at ease and took care of all the wet things in my basement. She explained what they would do and the job wasn't done until everything was dry. I am so thankful for her and Servpro!

My wife and I wish to express our gratitude to Justin and Dave for the outstanding work they performed rebuilding our apartment after a terrible water leak that resulted in a complete removal and restoration of all the flooring. The apartment was full of furniture that made the remodeling more difficult.
These two professionals work is impeccable, and they were so kind and accommodating. Moving furniture to work, and moving it back at the end of the day.
Servpro should be very thankful they have these two employees representing the company.

Demo still not fone been a month. Sent a incomplete estimate waited 2 nore weeks fir tgem just to send anotger estimate thats not in the right format. Got paid for demo but there not done said they cant finish because the already got paid. It may be just my luck but i dont think this location knows what the hell there doing. Meanwhile i jave bo kitchen or bathroom going on 2 months and its only little more than half way torn down. Dont recomend. Its under my other halfs name
