Unable to ambulate anymore but loved doing my own shopping. Love to read labels and compare products. Held on as long as possible but can no longer do my own shopping! I have gone to Walmart shopping and delivery and do love it! Going to miss my interaction with all Falconer Tops staff! .Everyone is so friendly and helpful going to miss my visits with them. Only problem I had was with deli ( rude) but everyone else was Gold Star Thanks Trish🤗

Just went through there self checkout machine because of course only 1 cashier long lines. Where you are supposed to put the coins in isnt marked so ofcourse I put them in the wrong slot. Lost 6 bucks worth of quartets. It's so great to pay exorbitant prices for my groceries, have to do my own check out and then lose money. I can't wait to come back

I am very disappointed in this policy which I experience at the Tops market in falconer NY. My wife and I are both seniors over 55 which no one could ever doubt.
I attempted to purchase a 2 pack of campfire lighters. The self checkout flagged them as an item that needs ID. The young man insisted on seeing both of our IDs, even after I suggested my wife go out to the car. I understand that it was not the young man's fault. I understand that lighter purchases are only permitted by those 18 and older. I find it ridiculous that the ID would be required for they who are so much above the limit.
I understand that "it's the law", however It's the store that makes the policies. I would suggest that they require ID from those who look under 25 or 30.

Had cans and plastic bottles to return. Went into store, could not find machines. Finally located them by going back outside. They were located through a separate entrance with no access to the store. Not only is this inconvenient, the area where the machines are located is filthy, and the machines for recycling the plastics were all down.
