“Review for U-Haul Moving & Storage at I-17 and McDowell I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Natalie Packwood, the manager at the U-Haul store located at 2235 West McDowell Rd in Phoenix. Natalie is a true professional who genuinely cares about both her employees and customers. Her dedication to providing excellent service is evident in every interaction. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm and friendly attitude. Natalie went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and she did so with a smile. It’s clear that she values her team, as they all seemed motivated and happy to assist. Natalie’s commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thoughtful solutions that made my moving experience much smoother. Her leadership and attention to detail are truly commendable. I highly recommend visiting this U-Haul location if you need moving services. With Natalie at the helm, you can be confident that you’ll receive top-notch service from a team that genuinely cares. Thank you, Natalie, for making my experience a positive one!”
