“I LOVE this office/practice!! The whole staff is very kind and caring! The veterinarian is just as wonderful! This is the only office that has not done wrong by me at all. They always find time to get me in as soon as possible -especially for emergencies and I truly appreciate that as an independent cat rescuer! The prices are just as amazing! I drive a good 40 minutes to just go to this specific vet instead of using the ones in my own town (which are so extremely expensive, snippy, and scammy.)
Bottom line they really do care deeply for their patients and clients and are not just in it for the money like most practices.”
“Had a very bad start to the day as my dog had ingested something he shouldn’t have called JVH as they are his normal vet they do not have scope but kept calling back check on him throughout his process but after spending hours running around Buffalo and spending $200 to be seen and handed a 16000k quote In Buffalo I called JVH back and was told they would hold their vet until we could make it back from Buffalo to at least get some answers got us right in no charge to be seen x-rays confirm bowl issue take in directly to surgery I leave and get a call that they were about to preform the procedure less invasively as previously thought and he can come home today! Pick him up and staff was very helpful and caring and all said and done with meds for aftercare was about 14x less than I was quoted for all is done and my crazy pup is home happy and healthy”
“I called with an emergency situation regarding my cat. They got us right in! Took care of him like he was their own, answered all my phone calls and questions while he was there for two days. “I have been taking parrots from the rescue I am a part of, and now my special needs dog here for several years now.Earlier this year he even consulted on the phone with me regarding the frenchie's neuro condition instead of making me pay an office visit just to send her to another vet who specializes in neuro.I had the frenchie in today for an infection and.he was wonderful with her. The visit was quick, no waiting and a fantastic tech.”

“Lakeside was the only place within 15 miles that would take my dog Barney for a life and death emergency. Fred and Barney love it there, and Jaime and the rest of the staff treat them like their own personal pets. The best around.”
“I have called him on weekends and late evening 10, 11 pm and he has responded within an hour … last Summer came to my barn at 11 p to treat a horse with choke successfully. And another time he treated one of my horses with an eye irritation immediately ( same day) and followed up by leaving a voicemail about how he was doing. Also, he sent reminder postcard to remind of vaccinations due etc. …all around a good experience and his fees are reasonable. Id rather have competent treatment than superficial niceties and poor ethics that I experienced with another area vet.”

“Always quick to get in, usually within a week. Dr Mary is always so kind to my dog. Most of the time they have the meds there and I can go home with meds. Only once did we have to call a script into the pharmacy because they didn’t have it. The phone usually rings busy but after a few tries I can get through.”
