I wish I could give this place no stars! My aunt & I both bought a car from here a little over 2 years ago (she bought hers first then I decided to go) & both of our cars now either need work on the transmission or brand new transmission’s altogether! Within the first 3 weeks of me buying my car, the engine went out in the middle of me driving on a highway! Thank god I wasn’t too far & they sent a tow truck to pick it up & worked on it for me and provided a free rental in the mean time ( I mean it’s only fair no?). Now here we are to a few weeks ago & I had the transmission fluid changed & it was completely BLACK! My mechanic was upset with me thinking it was my fault & I only added MAYBE 20k miles to my car, which means the transmission fluid was never changed to begin with! Then my mechanic also changed the cabin filter which also looks like it was never changed. When I first got my car I was excited as a first time car owner to have such a beautiful, well taken care of used car just to find out she wasn’t really taken good care of like she should’ve been! My aunt and I were devastated as we expected way more time with our cars than what we paid for. My family is afraid to get in the car with me because she jerks a lot and feel like the car can give out at any moment. I bought the car to help my grandmother whose 80 & my 4 year old son. Very unfortunate experience & I hope no one else goes through this.

These guys are the best—fair prices and extremely honest. I have a 23-year-old Mercedes that needs work from time to time, and I’ll only bring it to Brian’s. You can truly trust these people; their service is top notch.

Bryan's Auto is a very professional and caring place of business. They are honest and trustworthy and provide great services. They are not out to rip you off like some of the other establishments I've been to. They are willing to work with you and make you feel comfortable returning as necessary. This was my second time doing business with them, as I was recommended by my niece. I will continue to do business with them in the future. They are truly a blessing and definitely Heaven sent. Humanity and wholesome people still exist. Angels on Earth. God bless and thanks again.

These guys are great. Bryan has been extremely helpful to me in the past. Took the time to service issues on my 84 Crown Victoria other mechanics were not able to diagnosis. Classic place with honest pricing.

I've known Bryan since I was 15 years old. I'm 50 now. Lol. He's very personable. HE WILL DEFINITLEY FIX YOUR CAR! Employees are extra cool. Some repairs can be a Lil more pricey here than other places, but your car will be repaired correctly the first time.

Update. Bryan worked on my car about a year ago. He fixed it. However after many months gone by there was still a sound. I brought it in he tweaked a few things and it was fine. Once again fast forward the sound was back and never left. I called Bryan and he answered immediately. Told me to bring it back and we took a ride found the sound and fixed it again no charge. It is very hard to find someone that shoots from the hip and doesn’t try to get over on you. As I said in my last review. He has a customer for life and I trust him 100%. He is a man of his word and in today’s world that is hard to find. Thank you again.

Bryan’s Auto is Honest, Reliable, Trustworthy, and Affordable! Bryan is a neighborhood guy and simply the best. I have brought all of my family cars to him for years. Simply dropping the keys off in the office with the great staff, then receiving a phone call a few hours later with an update of what the issue is and price. Sometimes getting a phone call directly from Bryan telling me if the car is even worth fixing. Recently had transmission fixed/rebuilt. No issues!! So it is definitely not about the making the money. I’ve tried mechanics from Brooklyn to far as the Bronx. Bryan’s Auto is the real deal.

Don’t ever go to this shop. ABSOLUTE WORSE. First of all they tell you one price and when your car is finished its a whole other price, biggest rip off ever. Other shops are nowhere near the scammers that they are, i will never go to this shop again so AVOID IT!!!!!
