I sent Home Aid to pick up a new prescription for my mother. I gave her an empty bottle for reference. Pharmacy put new medication pills in old bottle. Home Aid thought it was weird and asked them to call me. They refused. I found this experience bazare as well. How much effort does it take to give a new pill bottle with a new label? Label should reflect the remaining number of prescriptions and the correct physician who prescribed medications. I find this practice substandard that makes me question their quality and professionalism.

UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE. DISGUSTING.
I was prescribed medication and told that I can have it delivered to me since that is a service they offer. Once I got the okay and received my delivery I quickly realized it was the WRONG MEDICATION. I needed pain relief for a severe sprained ankle. When I called back to let them know that it was wrong they took NO ACCOUNTABILITY and told me that they WOULD NOT deliver TWICE to my home in the same day. I was FLABBERGASTED and in extreme pain since the meds at that point were wearing off. I was put on hold and finally told that they would deliver to me but only if I pay a 5 DOLLAR DELIVERY FEE.
At that point I was desperate, shock that that wasn't intially told to me but desperate because I needed my meds.
Guess what, even after all that NO DELIVERY CAME.
They took my money and didn't stick to their word and left me hanging in PAIN.
My meds finally came the next morning and of course I immediately called them to request my money back (delivery fee) for delivery that didn't happen when it was suppose to.
They did not want to give me my money back instead they passed me around to whoever was working there and they took turns hanging up on me and even tried to POLICE my tone on the phone as I explained the situation.
I haven't received my delivery refund fee yet.
Lots of lies and just a sheer disregard for a human being on the line who was in pain and desperate to find relief. They took advantage of my vulnerability (being that I couldn't walk) and charged me for their negligence.
I AM FURIOUS.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I will not be going back there EVER. As many times that I've gone there, I've never been charged for a plastic bag. There were several old Russian customers there in line before me and the cashier who was also Russian didn't charge them anything for their bags but she charged me, a young African American woman .25 per bag. When I told her that I've never been charged before, she just looked at me like I was stupid and then said something Russian to her coworkers. I will not be going back there!
