Associate Alta Garcia is very unprofessional and very rude. She has a disgusting attitude because I need to get a refund on something that I spent MY MONEY on that didn’t fit me properly. She is extremely unknowable and does not know that it’s 2024 and if you make a person via Apple Pay you can also get a refund via Apple Pay ( by scan) and you do not need a physical card. She also is very rude telling me “ you can wait” while doing unnecessary things to take up time. Please RETRAIN ALTA because she is doing this location a disservice with her disgusting snappy attitude and demeanor. I will NOT be back.

I am a big and tall girl. So rainbow selections are very stylish and easy and inexpensive. I've known the lady's and rainbow for years, The fact that they do lay away is the best thing ever.

Arrived at the Rockaway Beach location on Tuesday July 18 at 8:40 pm and the doors are locked. I’m standing in front of their door and they are just looking at myself snd another customer.

If you think about ever shopping at this rainbow location Think it over I spoke with the manager about a handbag that I purchased. She stated to me that I could not return it because they do not take handbags back, which that sounds outrageous. I proceeded to drive down to another rainbow and they took the item with no problems. Mind you I have my receipt but the manager at this location proceeded to tell me that she’s been working for rainbows since she was 24 years old and she never seen anyone take handbags back Bad customer service, and I would never shop or recommend anyone to them..

Store hours are completely wrong at this location. Maybe others as well. Trying to make a return before rhsbtore closed which was stated as 9pm on Google maps and 930pm on the store window. Got there before 9pm and they said they were already closed. Unable to do my return and today was the last day to get my refund, but I have to come here around my work hours smh... They need to update their closing hours which they said they can't do. But anyone can go this app and "edit"... So I call bull 9/23/2022

While shopping i realized how easy these workers let people steal. I mean every time im here i have seen at least 1 or 2 steal and had no bags on them u guess how? Lol A worker be in the from just looks outside and the other just works and sees nothing. This is a big store for only 2 females and 1 old man.. this location needs lots of help or at least get new employees that pay attention. Who hired these people. ?
