“Did you know you can have PASSPORT renewal photos taken at this UPS store? They printed for a fee the application to apply for passport book and passport card renewal. They made copies for a fee. I bought the envelope for mailing with USPS tracking my spplication, my check, my old passport book and old passport card. They finalized everything would be picked up by USPS mailman from the UPS store, so it saved me an extra trip.
Their customer service is outstanding.
And it has been outstanding every single time I went there, either to mail a package, or to return a package, every single time they are efficient, helpful, really a gem in our community.”

I submitted a service request today(4/19/25) and they got back to me in a couple of hours where I spoke to young lady who called the carrier delivered the package yesterday and said he’ll go back to double check and few hours later everything was all solved.
