From the moment you walk in, they take your information and keep things moving. In our case, this past Sunday, even though they were busy with other customers, it took all of ten minutes to get us taken care of.

Everyone operates in-sync as a highly efficient and effective machine.
Carl coordinated a warranty prorate for me and got the tires in the next day.
He also had a service bay available to me upon arrival and made sure to take care of the work quickly, getting me back on the road asap.

I scheduled an appointment on their website after midnight (1am ish) and got my tires replaced later that morning (10am appointment).
They will inform you if there are any other issues with your car, but won’t do anything beyond your request without your permission. 100% recommend!

““High Velocity” saved me from another body shop that was holding my car due to a ‘crash for $cash$’ accident on the Southern State, LI, NY. My front end was really bruised and battered, leaking radiator fluid.They rescued my car from that body shop, @LuxuryAutoBody, and brought it to their repair shop. I got a tour of the shop when I picked up my car, and it was amazing,and my car looked brand new. Thank you so much Marcella and Marshall! You will be highly recommended!”
“When I got there they immediately asked how I was doing and how can they help. My tire valve caps were corroded and they did very good clean efficient work to get them good again 100% recommend. Prices are reasonable. P.S Based of my experience they mostly take cash.”

“Thank CLS treads. I needed 3 tires to be replaced as all 3 had bubbles due to hitting potholes. I called everywhere and either they had new tires or didnt have used tires in stock and I needed used. They had used tires in stock for my car at a very reasonable price. The guys took 30 mins and replaced all 3 of them. They were very kind and courteous.
