These employees are so rude and act like they are not there to work. I am a new residents in the Rockway, my package was delivered there and when I came to pick it up. The lady said ohhh no your package is not here without even checking it. I insisted and she checked and bring me my packages. My second experience was when I had to bring two boxes for returns and the guy told me ohhh no we can’t take this box, you need to call to schedule a pick up at your place and told me that they don’t don’t do my order which I never heard of at post office. If you can please avoid this place at any cost

Shadiest post office I’ve ever encountered. Everything thinks they’re things get “lost” it’s more like a pattern of what kind of mail keeps getting lost. All important, private or financial mail. Schemers w a government job. Crazy how this location is still open after sooooo many horrible reviews.

The usps feels like you stepped back 200 years. I expected tumbleweed to roll by, waiting on that line. The US government has successfully broken USPS by putting restrictions on their ability to hire and deliver the mail. I try to keep that in mind because the service is essential. Also you can tell broader society is falling apart because people everywhere are providing angry, ignorant service. As if they can't be bothered to do the work, they just want to be paid like a superstar millionaire and you are interrupting that.

This post office has to be shut down. This office deserves zero . The worst place to send mail or whatever. They kept losing my checks from IRS, misplacing my mails into another apartment mailboxes, putting the wrong mails in my mailbox. The employees, both supervisors are very disrespectful. They are not client minded,SHUT IT DOWN ! We don't mind going to INWOOD post office.

On Saturday May 10, 2025 at 9:08am post office is still not open folks are waiting. Staff are not Helpful to the community. Postal workers need to retrained.

I apologize deeply to the USPS while the package said it was delivered when I checked it wasn't there. I submitted a service request today(4/19/25) and they got back to me in a couple of hours where I spoke to young lady who called the carrier delivered the package yesterday and said he’ll go back to double check and few hours later everything was all solved. Outstanding Job!!!!
