Bought my car from them, very good experience but their service department not so much for the first time. I checked the car in and they left me in the waiting room for 30 min without even checking in with me or telling me what would be done for a maintenance visit. When I went to find out what is going on they told me they forgot me and that the work was done and I could go. Not the quite the type of service I was expecting especially if I had closer dealers that I could of went to.

Last week I leased a car from Tom Sweeney and William Wu. I have to say that both were the most disreputable individuals I have dealt with in the last 25 years. I still haven’t received my lease documents and the charged 1500$ into what should have been sign and drive. Absolutely no line item info was given the day of lease. Nothing received as of today!!!!!

My sales person Gabby was great 5 stars. Unfortunately the Lexus certified portion was a failure. I only had the car a hour before I started hearing brake noise. At the ct dealership down for days with an update that should have been taken care of. Also molding was put on with 2 sided tape instead of replacing it so it fell off.

The communication is awful if you need service you need to go there in person and wait thru can't seem to handle communicating by phone or text in a reasonable way.

It was a great experience purchasing our Lexus from Stoler Lexus with the help of salesperson Xin (Edison) Jin. From the moment we saw his post on the social app Rednote to the time we picked up the car from the dealership, the entire process took less than 18 hours.
