They installed and had no issues even though island recreation came and say they cannot install my pool because the area is a tight squeeze. Called backyard masters and they had no issues. Place is great they are not a shit show like island recreational they are professionals, Rich is the best he works with you and advises you with all the answers this is why they are still open all these years and I'm only just starting with install don't quit Rich we love you and Back yard masters
