Behrs has a beautiful selection of children's furniture at great prices, but they also have dining sets, living room furniture, adult bed sets, mirrors, and wall art/decorative vases and other items to choose from.
Behrs has exceptional customer service; in particular, we were helped by Charles in finding a dresser we could not find anywhere else. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very kind (& funny). Charles went out of his way to spend the time we needed to make sure we had all of the information requested to ensure that the end result was 100% happiness for us! đ

The beds were terrible and were way too highly priced for âbudgetâ . Unbelievable and disgraceful. Customer service was the worst Iâve ever experienced, and I felt like the Sal and did not even want to sell me a bed.

We absolutely love shopping at Behrs for furniture. This is the second time we've purchased a bedroom set for our kids. Benny has helped us both times and has been an invaluable resource. He is knowledgeable, honest, and always ensures we get the best deal on the furniture we want. Katrina is also fantastic at keeping us updated on delivery status. We highly recommend shopping at Behrs!

We could have purchased the same furniture from Amazon for less, but thought it would be worth purchasing in store in case we needed support/ warranty service later on. Turns out that was a total mistake, as this store won't even answer the phone.

Purchased baby furniture for our first grandchild. Benny was fantastic!! He is very informative, and is a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend Behr and Benny to anyone looking to purchase baby furniture.

As soon to be parents we are on a tight budget. We went to Behrâs, as this is where our parents got our nursery furniture. The price was more than we budgeted for, but we figured it was worth the price for good furniture. We were told our delivery would be on a Sunday and we would be given a 2 hour window. To my surprise, I received a call at 6:48AM on Sunday while I was on my way to work, that the driver was 10-15 minutes away. Nobody would be able to receive the furniture, and at such an early hour on a Sunday I was not able to call any family/friends to go to our house to let them in to have the furniture brought up to the nursery and assembled (as was included in the large price tag). My 9 month pregnant self was very upset as I did not know what to do-I could not leave work and we had been planning for a later delivery. When the delivery driver called me shortly after 7, I had to tell him to leave it on the side of the house (I wasnât going to refuse the delivery- as baby will be coming soon and we need the furniture).
My husband called the next day to complain and was told we were the first delivery of the day. He asked why we were not called the night before and she said they do not do that (mind you I actually spoke with the store on Saturday). She said there was nothing they could do because I okâd that it be left on the side of the house. Basically I am hearing that because I didnât turn away the delivery driver or be rude it is my own fault. Now my husband had to bring the furniture up to the nursery and will need to add assembling furniture to his never ending to do list. This is truly upsetting as there are very few places to get nursery furniture- and this was a rather large investment for us.

So many issues with this place. My wife and I went in to buy a baby crib set. Their prices seemed high so we shopped around. They were about $2,000 higher for the same exact set from Baby Bambi. When I asked why, the salesman said âthen go there and buy itâ. Terrible customer service, I canât imagine buying anything from this place.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. My husband, toddler and I went here to order baby furniture for our baby due in May. We worked with Selena who was very sweet, told us she was a new sales person. We fell in love with a set and got pricing, placed the order, being told we were being given a discount for cash. Upon leaving and reviewing the receipt, we remembered their website states a Presidents' Day sale with free delivery and crib mattress. This wasn't mentioned to us at all during the sale and wasn't included in the invoice. My husband called back, spoke to Benny and was told we would be honored the free mattress but he wouldn't budge on the free delivery- saying he gave us more than the holiday sale price. Mind you- delivery is $299. This didn't sit right with my husband so he went back into the store to get a breakdown of the pricing just to make sure we weren't being ripped off and none of the numbers for the set matched up. They still did not remove the fee for free delivery and Benny was rude, asking "what do you want!?" Instead of honoring what is mentioned ON THEIR WEBSITE. Benny asked us for a review. So here it is :). We cancelled the order, and won't be going back. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Do not recommend. Plenty of other baby furniture stores. Check out Bambi baby for honest sales people and good pricing.

I came here all the way from Connecticut due to no stores in CT having baby furniture on display after speaking to Benny on the phone. I didn't have high expectations and went to Bambi Baby previously. This was a much better experience. The set up of the store was very appealing to the eye where the beds had sheets and mobiles, walls were painted and decorated and set up like actual nurseries where Bambi was just cribs back to back like a factory. You could picture what it would look like and see all of the pieces on display.
Benny was not your typical salesman. He let you look around without breathing down your neck. Then when you were ready to talk, he did a great job explaining the sets and different pieces. He was a pleasure to work with and I am so happy I was able to find a set with 2 dressers and an armorie for our nursery.
Overall worth the 2 hour drive and a pleasant and unstressful experience for an expecting mom.

Iâm 24 weeks pregnant and went baby furniture shopping with my mom and aunt. We went to Bambi Baby first and we had a less than stellar experience (overpriced for low quality furniture; bleak set up; no one helpful on the floor; to see prices you needed to scan a QR code but they have no service). A bit dejected, I figured why not try Behrâs? I vaguely remembered it as a kid and I was happy to see it still existed!
And truly what a lovely experience we had! The showroom was huge and beautiful. There was an amazing and expansive selection, so much was on sale, and the incredible Iris was knowledgeable, helpful and knew when to give us space. I cant recommend going to Behrâs enough!
(Also shoutout to Benny who was DJing and honestly played the best music ever. Rock on.)

I worked with Benny and I can't say enough about him! He was amazing! He didn't breathe down your neck, he gave you space but answered every question. It was a pleasant experience! Plus their products are awesome! Great quality! Go see Benny! He'll hook you up!Thanks Benny!!

Was told they price match and when we presented them MULTIPLE valid price matches (including large businesses like Home Depot and Buy Buy Baby) we were told no. Do not waste your time or money with this business. Awful.
