I went there twice and there was nobody to fix my tire,if you have a flat tire you will have to make a appointment,they won’t do anything.This is ridiculous!

Jason I believe was the tech's name, did a great job on my new tires. He took the car in exactly on time and despite being the only worker was able to take care of my car, answer the phones and help a walk in customer within the 90 minute window he initially gave me. Car was treated respectfully and I had no issues at all with the experience.

I did call many times to speak to someone and finally when one of the employees answered the phone he had an attitude. I have been a member for more than 10 years and I never had this problem. These guys they forgot that they are getting paid and for them to get paid they need us: the members. What a jerk.

One of the worst places to shop. Every person there is rude and nasty and very unhelpful. Lines are extremely slow. Cashiers are slow and rude. Customer service is just as bad. Don't even think of asking customer service a question, they will talk down to you. Nice they have a deli counter but you will stand on that line for 30 minutes or more. Never enough workers and move like snails NEVER will sign up with them again. Costco is the way to go. Fast, ,courteous, and way better items.

Very bad place and customer service guy tells me to come by 45 mints and when I went back 5 mints late he said u came back to late wasted my whole day very bad would not recommend

I placed an order to be picked up of all Christmas toys and shortly after received a text saying my order was picked up. I called customer service immediately and the phone just rang and rang. After an hour of trying someone picks up the phone and tells me the order was processed by accident to come and get it. So I go get it, and shocker, my order is no where to be found. So my order was given to someone else! After wasting my time going there, I try to call customer service and again .... Just rings and rings. After two hours a woman gets on and says don't hang up I'm getting the manager. I wait 30 min for the manager and then someone hangs up on me!! What type of customer service is this? I'm apalled that $85 worth of items were just given away and no one can even answer the phone. What about asking for ID unless a worker within just took my toys??

I purchased 4 tires off the website to have installed at the club. Bring in my truck and I am told that the tires are not there and that my appointment is not on the schedule. After calling customer service they tell me that my order was canceled. However no one decided to tell me. I received no phone call or email about the cancelation.I ask to speak to a manager and they say that a manager will call me back. After I wait till the following day I still did not get a call back. So I have to call customer service again and finally get a manager. All they do is keep apologizing for the inconvenience and then tell me that those tires are on back order till November. But they don't attempt to make the situation right. Stay away!

This bjs in Farmingdale is the best! People are courteous and helpful! My husband lost his wallet there it was returned and money was still in wallet! They were awesome saving it until we picked up! We are truly grateful for thier help!

The manager here is horrendous. I believe her name was Kim. My mother purchased a speciality olive oil, when we went to use it. The seal was broken and someone had opened it in store. When we went to this location to exchange it, due to the product being damaged and unsafe during a pandemic. the manager told us the policy is to not accept returns " how did I know you did not open it?" Why would I open an olive oil, not use any of it. And exchange it for the same exact product? This is the last straw for us due to the management being unacceptable at this specific location and we'll be becoming Costco members in 2021.

Supervisor Kim extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Refused to help with an error in coupons and stated "it's your own fault too bad". Unwilling to listen to the situation or attempt to fix it. Supervisor Kim as amongst other customer service employees are continuing to ruin the shopping experience.

Avoid this tire center.Bought 4 new Michelin tires, had them installed and after 2 weeks returned to have them re-balanced. They re-balanced the front only (said the rear are good) and the problem persists.Called corporate to complain....nothing yet!Stay away from this place.

The supervisor needs to go ! He has no customer service skills at all. He is extremely rude. When he is not there you can notice the difference. Will be canceling my membership and going to cosco. Bjs needs to hire better people with actual skills. Will be calling there central and reporting him.
