I love this gas station and since I live so close I go here allllllll the time!! They are friendly and very helpful, I could go as far as to say they have perfect customer service. But there are three different guys that work at this station that I have dealt with, and the one guy that is really really old has no idea how to work the computer system, he is 100% rude, and completely unhelpful no matter what you ask him to do. Even picking out a pack of cigarettes is an issue for this old man. If you happen to go there when he is behind the counter, I wish you luck because he is the absolute worst, or just go a like a block further down 109 and go to the 7-11 instead.

I normally don’t write nothing but this BP is the worst bad customer service. I needed some quarters to put air on my tires. When I asked the guy behind the counter for some change gives me attitude. I told him if you have attitude for this job you should quit and get another job.

Be wary about the service station. I got an oil change here on my lunch break one day because I didn’t have time to go to my usual mechanic. A day later I noticed something was leaking and it looked like oil. I took it back two days later because I thought maybe it was something simple or something cause by the oil change. They of course did not take responsibility for it and not only did they say that they didn’t notice it during the oil change (which to me says it wasn’t happening until I did get the oil change from them) but they said it would cost $700 to fix. The mechanic also had to google how much the part was on his phone right in front of me. So I took it to my mechanic a few days later and he replaced the part for $250. I can’t prove that they caused the leak but they were definitely over charging. Also they didn’t even have the little oil change stickers, they used a post it!
