“I chose to go to Bridal Reflections because my mom had gotten her dress there 30 years ago. From the minute I met Gabbi, she was able to help me narrow down my likes, and was able to find me my dream dress on the first day, after only about 7-8 dresses! Then, when the dress came in, we had some issues with the bodice. Michelle was able to help me get more fabric from the manufacturer to rebuild the top that was a concern. She was checking in with me the whole time, and made sure to give me updates as she received them. Then, when we got to alterations, ZiZi was like a fairy godmother. She worked her magic to rebuild the top for me, and went above and beyond in every way possible. The shop added a special piece of fabric for me, and made sure they delivered things on time. The whole shop, from every assistant to seamstress, was absolutely incredible, despite some setbacks. Because of their care and attention, my wedding dress was absolutely beautiful.”

“Ok so I came across them in Carl place, but I fell in love with how the owner. She did such an amazing job with my eyebrows so then when she moved to this store, I made sure to follow her there as well. She has wonderful employees. But as always There are two that have literally stood out for me. I am extremely picky, especially with my eyebrows. I have to trust you with all for my eyebrows, but these two workers they are absolutely phenomenal. They listen exactly to what it is that I want and I absolutely love that. Ruby She has an amazing touch super soft ! Doesn’t even feel harsh at all. She made my eyebrows look so good. I got so many compliments and I was just through the roof today because I loved them each time. I met another one today Her name is Raj. She did great !! I told specifics and she didn’t dissappoint me at alol I was nervous at first but when I saw them JUST HOW I WANTED I was relieved!! and I’m so happy that I can trust another person with my eyebrows love this come to the store. They are just super sweet ! These three by far are my favorite !!!”
“After trying on numerous online dresses that did not fit, I did a search and came across Queen of Hearts. I'm so glad I did. Julie is super knowledgeable and really helps find a flattering fit. She really helps people that are in a bind and is open and honest. I will say the dresses are a bit pricey and more than I wanted to spend, but in the end, I will feel like a wonderful mother of the bride. Can't beat old fashioned customer service and one on one help. She focuses on one client at a time, which was wonderful. Shout out to Carmen for her great tailoring and finding solutions to an uneven body! Thank you both!”
