“Happy customer. After some aggravation - alls well that ends well. There appears to have been a scheduling snafu with my car detailing appointment. They had my car for two days, instead of the one I expected. After I complained, Carl said he would, “…make it worth my while…”. And they did! This is a GOOD COMPANY, that does the right thing! In the past I have brought my RV and a (not fancy) classic car to them for detailing. Yesterday, I brought my two year old, everyday car and it came out better than new! They cut the charge by 25%. Upgraded the interior detailing and gave me some glass and ceramic sprays. I would recommend 631 Coatings for all your car detailing needs. “I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt that I had to this time. Every time something has happened to a my car I’ve had, I haven’t been in it , thank god ! This time was the worst; it was a hit and run ! From the time I called the emergency number for Coach Auto Body for a tow, to the time I picked up my beautifully fixed car, Joe, Alex and their crew were WONDERFUL ! It was supposed to take 1 1/2 weeks for the insurance adjuster to come take a look at my car, Joe had it done in 2 days! They are so professional that Joe and Alex had ordered the parts once my car arrived on the flat bed, so that once the adjuster had finished his job, they started their’s; the parts were already there! Joe kept in contact w/ me from beginning to end ! I could not be anymore pleased ! My car looked and drove like it was brand new! “Electra auto body is the only body shop I would ever recommend . Not only have they fixed my car which thankfully was many years ago they now completely transformed my elderly Mother's car last month. Eddie and his amazing office staff literally swooped in like Angels and made the entire process easy, efficient and stress free. My Mom who is very nervous normally about everything was totally at ease, they made her car look completely brand new , literally like it just stepped out of the dealership . I should probably mention that her car is going on 10 years old, so for it took look brand new again is no easy task! Eddie is a professional, a gentleman and an all around amazing human being. His office staff was so patient and sweet and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you for helping me and a big thank you for helping my Mom Doreen! “I came to Joe, at Peak Auto Body, in tears and shaking. I was in a fender bender and beside myself. Joe was calme, reassuring, and completely forthright in advising me to contact my insurance company immediately, and he would take care of the rest. Joe sat patiently with me and my husband, went over the damage with a fine toothed comb, and told me he would handle everything. He promised that my car would be restored to the way I bought it from the showroom. My insurance worked with him every step of the way and my car was returned to me brand new.
