The guy who work the drive thru is the worst. I don’t know much about banking rules/regulations and I went in to cash a large check and he said to me “I can’t cash it I have to deposit it then proceeded to do so, instead of informing me that I could go to the issuing bank instead and have it cashed there like a good CUSTOMER SERVICE rep would have. And then gives me an attitude when I ask how long it would take to be available because I have plans made around that money for this weekend. I’ve banked with chase for over 10 years now and have never come across someone so unwilling to help.

Best Branch EVER! Called the wrong branch to ask questions regarding questionable notary services at another branch and Gabriella answered the phone- so yes they do answer the phone….. She did some homework with her colleagues for me and had the best service! I was able to clearly understand the best course of action. Thank you so very much.

No one answers the phone.Called several times, after it rings 5 times, it's disconnects. I should not have to go there to fix a banking error I didn't cause. I will however say that anytime I've been there, the tellers have always been very nice.The phone issue though is annoying.

Chase has became the worse bank to deal with they over talk you, they don’t help you with what you need! They are not there to back you up! Instead of over talking someone, stop, listen to what my needs are the respond!

I have been here a number of times for business and personal banking needs and have been very happy with the level of service received. Gentlemen like Dennis are the reasons we still need human tellers at banks. Super friendly, personable, and was able to help me out with everything I needed.

Went on behalf of employer to get change for business .Used drive up and was informed that in order to get rolled coins. next time, I would have to go inside to teller . Won't be able to get it at drive up window any longer .When asked why . . I was told that the weight of the rolled coin may damage the drawer the tellers use to service drive-up customers . Other comments were given , but not pertinent to this customer .

Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Long wait times, no concept of customer service. Been wanting to cancel for a while, today’s experience at this branch confirmed I will be leaving JP Morgan.

This chase bank stinks. There’s no drive up atms & there’s 3 lanes for drive up banking & only the one with the window works. Always a line. Perfect location for drive up atms on 110 but inconvenient as far as quick transactions. I am changing banking over to TD as there location next door is more convenient
