By far the worst Chase bank in existence. Do not go here unless you plan to wait at least 45 minutes, minimum. Horrible service, horrible management.

They have a really nice team at this location. The idea of a business line really helps. It's unfortunate that they have a small lot that is not very easy to navigate, but what they miss here is certainly picked up by a great group of friendly and helpful people.

Horrible bunch of ppl deposited money into my account by accident so they accuse me of stealing me and a customer had the same supposedly first and last name which I don't believe to be all true because how did this suppose customer not see the wrong account number written in her deposit slip why was my initial and last name written in the deposit slip and why does it look like they try to match my signature why didn't the teller supposedly check the address every time I go to the bank i check my account after a cash deposit is available immediately as well I get asked if my current address is up to date I called customer care twice they told to with draw its a cash deposit its free to use they said so I did my part to have them investigate where the money came from and then five days later they over draft me so i call and complain because i had used the money they said its not the problem to call the bank I call the bank the branch manager pat was so rude asking me well if its not your money why would you use it i told i called customer care explained it twice what happened and they said its a cash deposit its free to use she kept saying if it wasn't your money why did you use it i asked why wasn't I alerted she said you will be from now on like that i asked to get her distract managers info and starts getting nasty I'm not giving you that information first of all my husband works in banking what do you have to hide that you can share there email or phone number for customer complaints honestly don't bank here go to citi or bank of america there much better banks helped me out and reversed my payments to get the money back to these negligent ignorant fools

The best customer service of any bank branch I've ever used. They go out of their way to help you get answers to any question or problem you may have.
