This branch has been a good experience for me and my family. Always welcoming and very personable. I actually live closer to another branch that I choose not to go to because I really like to receive Good customer service and energy at the Conklin branch. I know the staff on a personal level and they also treat my family with patience and respect. “That’s what it’s all about”

This branch SUCKS!!! There’s never any tellers available. The mgr lady doesn’t do jack else other than apologize for the wait. On a Friday there’s only 1 teller. I hate this branch. Go anywhere else but here in Farmingdale.

My daughter was a victim of a cyber crime on March 23, 2022. Seven weeks later and Citibank is still refusing to return her money and is putting the blame on her. They accuse her of not "safeguarding" her money. Isn't a bank like this one supposed to do that? Citibank made a tremendous mistake. It irresponsibly wired my daughter's entire savings to a hacker and will not take responsibility. Please check out her story here and please share it. This is beyond belief that Citibank can get away with this. Please spread the word. No one at this financial organization wants to help us.

I will NEVER do business with Citibank , ever again.All of their departments are out sourced to the Philippines. You'll spend 45 minutes being referred around in a circle and come back to the same idiot . 7 times 7 numbers . You invest your money for pennies on the return. Waste of my time!!!

I am writing to express my gratitude to Caliope, the branch manager. There are many companies out there that like to talk about the customer service experience they provide. In my 2 years working with Caliope Manalakis, not only has she repeatedly gone above and beyond in her efforts to provide the highest level of customer service possible, she is also extremely astute when it comes to the needs of my small business and her advice has proved to be extremely valuable. A tremendous asset to Citibank to say the least.

I Went there to cash my check and have every form of ID Except My license and they would not help me I Had Birth Certicate and Social Security Card And other Photo ID but no help also waited 40 mins smh
